It is of a high quality on this example ,the same decoration is found on a cabaret service illustrated in W.D.John Swansea porcelain illustration 38a ,here W D John attributes the decoration to William Billingsley The mark on the cup and saucer W D John also attributes to work done by Billingsley in his work entitled William Billingsley page 97, the lower of the two marks In very good condition | £650 | |
